I managed to chip TWO of my front teeth in the middle of the pandemic. Zen Dentistry was taking emergency appts on Saturdays. Phew. But it was a Dr. I haven’t seen before so I was quite nervous.
To my surprise, the experience was very comforting. Their dentists took the time to talk me through the procedure, explaining each element that would happen. They then, carefully listened to all my crazy concerns and really made me feel comfortable. Fixing my 2 front teeth only took about 30 min, nothing was painful, I knew exactly what to expect, and now they look perfect. I will be going back to Zen Dentistry for my future dental needs. (hopefully no more emergencies!!)

My experience at Zendentistry over the past 3 years or so has been nothing but a superb experience. The staff is all warm and friendly and try to make you feel exceptionally comfortable.
They know what they’re talking about and won’t hesitate to answer any questions or concerns that you have. Their dentists are fantastic. They go out of their way to make sure that I get the best care for my teeth. The free whitening is such a great deal. I go for it every time I’m there. I would recommend Zen Dentistry to everyone I know.

We all know that you either love or hate the dentist. I can confidently say as a new patient there is no doubt in my mind that I’ll be going to Zen for the rest of my life in NYC.
They are efficient and kind, the team is lovely and I was very well taken care of. From the x-rays, the filling (yes even the filling), and the cleaning, the experience was flawless. I actually learned a bit more than I had from another dentist and I really appreciated how candid and sincere they were in going over my dental issues with me. I LOVE them! Their dentists are so knowledgeable and not money hungry like a lot of dentists I’ve experienced, which made me weary of the entire field.
The cleaning left my teeth feeling so smooth. My last dentist always left my teeth feeling sandy after a cleaning and when I mentioned this to that other place, I was told it was supposed to feel gritty. NO! I want slick, polished teeth! They know how to do it. They offered free whitening with the cleaning and had a referral program, so my coworker will get $50 for sending me there (in the form of a gift card from various places like Ruth’s Steakhouse, Visa, Best Buy, Amazon). Best of all, I got instant X-rays, a cleaning, and a thorough explanation of what procedures I could look into all in UNDER a lunch hour. I don’t have a single cavity and she didn’t pretend I did just to make money. I love finding good doctors!

They are amazing. For work reasons, I couldn’t come back to get a crown replaced after the temporary had been placed and they were extremely accommodating – and patient – it literally took months for me to come back.

I just got new dental insurance and used that as an excuse to get an annual checkup. I hardly waited, received a compressive assessment, X-rays, cleanings etc.
Everyone I interacted with was great! They even offer a complementary teeth whitening!
The dentist was great and very helpful throughout the whole process!

The dentists have been seeing me for 3 years now. I have the most severe PTSD from my childhood dentist being my uncle.

After not having good luck with dentists in NY my friend told me about ZENDENTISTRY. I’m so glad I did a little research and decided to come for my year check up.
The dentist was amazing. Explained everything and was very thorough with the check up and cleaning. Also with my year check up I got a free laser whitening session and I should be getting a Sonic Care toothbrush as well. They apparently mail them to you. The only thing to qualify for the free laser and the sonic care is to come for your year check up and have dental insurance. Def. will be coming back here next year.

I’ve been coming for almost a year (on the recommendation of a friend) and the team is super friendly and accommodating.
They were helpful in answering all my questions whether it was about my dental work or answering questions about insurance (which was confusing until they helped break it down for me). The facility is very clean and they play a movie in each of the patient rooms (fun!)

The doctors here have always been exceptionally details oriented and make sure to explain what they are doing while being attentive to my sensitive gums.
I especially like Dr. P, as she is the utmost professional with her assessment and very friendly… and always asks about you on a personal level and not make you feel like just another patient.

The first time I came here was for a cleaning. The dentist was super sweet and explained everything in detail.
She made me feel comfortable and they let me know they do a whitening so I came for a whitening the next time. The staff are very nice and the assistant also explained and answered any questions I had.
